This 20 foot shipping container was converted into an office with the following modifications:
- 2 x windows with high security steel shutters fitted
- 1 x high security, multi point locking, steel personnel door
- Fully lined and insulated
- Surface mounted electrics including, fluorescent lighting, double plug sockets, wall heaters and exterior appliance inlet
- Vinyl floor covering
- Assorted office furniture
- Exterior sprayed green
